Our Promise:

If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.

Return Guidelines:

  • Eligible Products: Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt or delivery confirmation.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrived damaged, send us a photo and we’ll sort it out quickly.
